This ministry is led by Rev. Dr. James L.T. Hall IV, Founder of Speak New Life Ministries and Global Ministry Partner with Koinonia Fellowship Church International.
Rev. Dr. Hall is a faith-driven leader, transformational speaker, mindset strategist, and two-time published author with a passion for helping people discover who God has called them to become. Through more than a decade of ministry and leadership, his assignment has centered on speaking life, strengthening faith, transforming mindsets, and equipping people to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
His leadership is rooted in the conviction that transformation begins with the mind and is demonstrated through the life. Through biblical teaching, mentorship, prayer, accountability, and practical leadership development, Rev. Dr. Hall challenges men to move beyond simply believing in God toward living as men who reflect God's character, purpose, and Kingdom values.
As the founder of Speak New Life Ministries and creator of the AMM4L — A Millionaire Mentality 4 Life™ system, Rev. Dr. Hall brings together biblical truth, purposeful thinking, personal responsibility, and practical principles for growth. His ministry emphasizes that what we continually think, speak, and believe influences how we live, lead, serve, and impact those around us.
Through Iron Sharpens Iron Men's Ministry, his desire is to help men become stronger in faith, clearer in purpose, disciplined in character, courageous in leadership, and intentional in their responsibility to their families, communities, and the Kingdom of God.

Iron Sharpens Iron is the men’s ministry of Koinonia Fellowship Church International, created to equip men to grow deeper in their relationship with God, strengthen one another through authentic brotherhood, and live with greater faith, character, purpose, and accountability.
We believe men were never designed to walk alone. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, fellowship, mentorship, and meaningful conversation, Iron Sharpens Iron creates an environment where men can be challenged, encouraged, strengthened, and equipped to become the men God has called them to be.
